Steps to Start the Verification Process

1. Submit an Application & Get a Reference Number
Apply for a credential evaluation on the official website of WES, IQAS, or ICAS. You will receive a Reference Number after registration.

2. Include the Reference Number
Ensure that this reference number is mentioned on all documents submitted for verification to avoid delays.

Required Documents for WES, IQAS, ICAS Verification

1. Degree Certificate
Submit a clear copy of your certificate. Accepted documents include:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Postgraduate Degrees
• Postgraduate Diplomas
• Nursing Degrees or Diplomas
• Technical Board Certificates
• Private Institute Degrees (from recognized bodies)

Important: Do not send original documents unless explicitly requested.

2. Mark Sheet / Official Transcript
Issued by the university, board, or institution that conducted your exams. Must include:

• List of all subjects taken
• Marks earned for each academic year

Note: Documents must not be attested by affiliated colleges or individual faculty members unless the institution is autonomous.

Verification Procedure

Step 1: Institution-Sent Documents
If your studies are completed or ongoing:

• Request your institution to attest the documents
• Place them in a sealed envelope, stamped or signed across the back flap
• Have the institution send the envelope directly to WES/IQAS/ICAS

Step 2: Candidate-Sent Documents
If you are sending the documents yourself:

• Ensure all documents are properly attested and dated
• Place them in a sealed envelope, signed/stamped across the back flap by the institution’s authorized officer

Warning: WES will reject envelopes that are unsealed or lack a proper seal/stamp.

Important Guidelines to Remember

• Only documents attested and sealed by authorized officials (e.g., Controller of Examinations, Registrar) are accepted.
• Documents attested by professors, college staff, or notary publics will not be accepted.
• Original documents are not required, unless specifically requested by WES, IQAS, or ICAS.
